Material Licensed Sample Clauses

Material Licensed. For the purposes of this agreement, the “Material” consists of any and all of the following, whether recorded before or after the date of this agreement: ■ Photographs/Slides ■ Films/Recordings ■ Profiles/Interviews ■ Quotes/Testimonials ■ Other: whether in print, CD-ROM, videotape, electronic or other format.
