Material Increases Sample Clauses

Material Increases. In the event that a party proposes changes which ------------------ materially increase the other party's cost or work effort, such proposal shall include a proposed equitable adjustment in payments and/or schedule. Where the parties agree to make a change to the Agreement documents, the parties shall negotiate in good faith such adjustments. Such revised payments will be based on a charge schedule similar to those applicable to unchanged work.
