Material Feature. “Material Feature” means any feature of a Plan that would reasonably be expected to be of material importance to the sponsoring employer or the participants (or their dependents or beneficiaries) (in the aggregate) of that Plan, which could include, depending on the type and purpose of the particular Plan, the class or classes of employees eligible to participate in such Plan, the nature, type, form, source, and level of benefits provided under such Plan and the amount or level of contributions, if any, required to be made by participants (or their dependents or beneficiaries) to such Plan.
