Common use of Material Elements of Educational Program Clause in Contracts

Material Elements of Educational Program. The material elements of the School's Educational Program, including but not limited to the School's mission and vision statements, are as set forth in Exhibit A to this Contract. The School shall, at all times, operate in a manner consistent with its Educational Program as defined in Exhibit A. Revisions to any of the elements in Exhibit A shall be considered a material change to the Contract and shall require prior written approval by the Commission; provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, particularly to the extent that such changes are intended to improve educational outcomes.
