Material Contract Notices. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all notices, requests and other documents received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries under or pursuant to any Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement regarding or related to any breach or default by any party thereto or any other event that could materially impair the value of the interests or the rights of any Borrower Group Member or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect and copies of any amendment, modification or waiver of any provision of any Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and, from time to time upon request by any Bank Lender Party, such information and reports regarding the Material Contracts and such instruments, indentures and loan and credit and similar agreements as such Bank Lender Party may reasonably request; provided that the Borrower may satisfy its obligations under this clause (f) by delivering the relevant documents to counsel to the Representative Agents to be made available for inspection by the Bank Lender Parties.
