Material Communications. In addition to the notifications required by Section 3.9 and the SDEA, each Member Party shall promptly provide notice to the other Member Party of any material communications with any governmental agency concerning the safety of the Combination Product, including, without limitation, adverse drug reaction reports. Copies of all such material communications shall be attached to the applicable notice.
