Material Changes to Services. If United requests, or a Governmental Authority requires, Administrator to perform any services that are not identified on Exhibits C or D or elsewhere in this Agreement that would reasonably likely result in a Material New Obligation, or United or a Governmental Authority seeks to impose a Material New Obligation, then Administrator shall provide United with a proposed statement of work (“SOW”) for such services prior to performing the services.
