MATERIAL CHANGES AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF WORK. Except as provided herein, the ARTS COMMISSION will not make material changes to the WORK without written authorization from the ARTIST regarding the proposed changes. A material change is a change affecting the intended character or appearance of the WORK resulting from an intentional act by a third party, an accident, or an act of nature.
