Material Change Requests. The PUCT may propose changes to the Statement of Work. Upon receipt of a written request from the PUCT for a change to the Statement of Work, Contractor must, within the deadline specified in the request, or if no deadline is specified within a reasonable time after the request, submit to the PUCT a detailed written estimate of any proposed price and schedule adjustments to this contract. No changes to the Statement of Work, will occur without the Parties’ written consent as provided in accordance with the terms stated in this contract.
