Common use of Material Carriers Clause in Contracts

Material Carriers. The Material Carriers collectively account for not less than 85% of the aggregate amount of the Borrowers' volume of telecommunications traffic through Carriers. Except for those Carrier Agreements and related defaults thereto as set forth on Schedule 5.17, each Carrier Agreement in respect of a Material Carrier is in full force and effect and Borrower is not in material default thereunder.
