Master’s Plus. 30 Hours A teacher who possesses a master’s degree with eleven (11) or more years credit on the salary schedule shall move directly to the maximum salary step of the M.A. plus 30 or the doctorate schedule on the next regular pay period following application and presentation of satisfactory proof of having completed the necessary requirements for receipt of such advanced preparation differential.
