Master Trustee. The Master Trustee shall signify its acceptance of the duties and obligations imposed upon it by this Trust Agreement by its execution hereof and, by executing this Trust Agreement, the Master Trustee shall be deemed to have accepted such duties and obligations under this Trust Agreement not only with respect to the Initial Bonds but also with respect to all the Bonds thereafter to be issued, but only, however, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Trust Agreement.
