Master Servicing Fee. The fee charged by the Master Servicer for supervising the mortgage servicing and advancing certain expenses, equal to a per annum rate set forth for each Mortgage Loan in Exhibit D on the outstanding Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, payable monthly from the Certificate Account, the Investment Account or the Custodial Account for P&I. MERS: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or any successor thereto.
