Master Plan Amendment Clause Samples

Master Plan Amendment. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Property’s existing and equivalent land use designation must be amended to allow for the development of the uses and densities provided for herein. Master Developer has submitted a Master Plan Amendment in accordance herewith as Case No. PCN17- 0050 (MPA 17-0005) and the terms and conditions of any approval of such application shall be deemed in conformance with and incorporated by reference as part of the Land Plan and Infrastructure Plan.
