Master Leases. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Default or Event of Default shall arise with respect to any Leased Property to the extent that the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries are in compliance with each of the MGM Master Leases, as applicable, with respect to such Leased Property.
