Master Leases. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Default or Event of Default shall arise with respect to any Leased Property to the extent that the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries are in compliance with the MGP Master Lease, the Bellagio Lease or the MGP ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Master Lease, as applicable, with respect to such Leased Property.
