Master Indenture. THIS MASTER INDENTURE (this “Master Indenture”), executed and entered into as of 1, 2023, is by and among the ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, a joint exercise of powers entity duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Authority”), the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation and charter city duly organized and existing under and by virtue of its charter and the Constitution and laws of the State of California (the “City”) and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the United States, as Trustee (the “Trustee”).
