Common use of Master Global Covered Bonds Clause in Contracts

Master Global Covered Bonds. The Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Fiscal Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Covered Bonds and Master Permanent Global Covered Bonds and/or, to the Registrar, a stock of Master Global Registered Covered Bonds.
