Master Cost. i) For Western Movies, the master costs are included in the cost of License Fees; ii) For Western Short Features, the master cost is charged by the Distributors and the budgeted master cost is *** for 30-minute Programmes and *** for 60-minute Programmes. IFP will ensure that the Master costs charged to the Airline shall not exceed those agreed between the Parties during the annual budget review process. Any increase in budgeted costs must be agreed in advance by Airline.
