Common use of Master Agreement Term Clause in Contracts

Master Agreement Term. As of the Amendment Effective Date, Article 3 of the Master Agreement is deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following: This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date of this Agreement and continue for a term ending on June 30, 2015 (the “Initial Term”), unless terminated earlier under the terms of this Agreement. After expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for consecutive one-year terms (one year at a time) unless an election not to renew is made either (i) by Customer, by providing at least ninety (90) days written notice to Contractor prior to the end of the Initial Term or any subsequent term in which the Agreement is in effect, or (ii) by Contractor, by providing at least one hundred and eighty (180) days written notice to Customer prior to the end of the Initial Term or any subsequent term in which the Agreement is in effect.
