Mass Claims Protocol. The Covered Person and XYZ agree that arbitrations commenced under this Agreement shall be subject to the Employment-Related Mass Claims Protocol of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”) then in effect. This protocol is available at CPR Employment-Related Mass Claims Protocol or from XYZ’s Human Resources Department.
