Common use of Masks Clause in Contracts

Masks. On the Liquidation Date, the Joint Venture Company shall immediately transfer possession of production masks possessed by it at each Facility to the Micron that then owns that Facility as of the Liquidation Date.

Masks. On the Liquidation Date, the Joint Venture Company shall immediately transfer possession of production masks possessed by it at each Facility to the Micron Member that then owns that Facility as of the Liquidation Date.
