MAS Authorization Services. In accordance with your Cardholder information you will supply to us, we will authorize or decline Transaction requests received from any Terminals at which your Cardholders have access or any Networks in which you participate by our comparison to your Cardholder information which can consist of any of the following: (a) real time account records, (b) daily account balances or (c) parameter instructions.
