Common use of Marlborough District Health Board Clause in Contracts

Marlborough District Health Board. The parties recognise that both the employer and employees have legitimate interests in the ownership of copyright and other intellectual property rights which may be developed by employees in the course of their employment. The parties further agree that their respective interests and contributions will be taken into account in negotiating the sharing of any material proceeds or other benefits arising from those rights.
