Marking Requirement. Licensee shall ▇▇▇▇ all Licensed Tools, or their ------------------- respective containers or labels, and any applicable documentation used and made available to third parties in connection with Licensee's conduct of the Licensee Business as of the Effective Date, with the numbers of each of the Licensed Patents that has one or more claims that cover the use of such Licensed Tools or the conduct of the Licensee Business as of the Effective Date.
