Marking Requirement. Adesto agrees that it shall cause to be affixed conspicuously on all Authorized Products themselves, or where not reasonably possible, on related packaging materials, or datasheets or licensing agreements a notice that the Authorized Products are Protected by the appropriate U.S. Patents listed in EXHIBIT C “LICENSED PATENTS” and are used under license from Axon Technologies, Corp, and such other notices as Axon may from time to time reasonably require.
