Market Studies. The parties may elect to exchange information contained in studies performed by them or by their consultants or representatives that may be of interest to the other party. The information contained in the studies shall be treated in a confidential manner. The parties may also elect to perform joint studies that address their areas of respective interest.
Market Studies. The parties agree that although Nissan may continue to perform market studies of the Primary Market Area and any contiguous market areas, or any portion thereof, pursuant to Section 4.A of the Standard Provisions, they will base the Market Area Plan on their collaborative review and analysis of all relevant data, including such market studies. Section 4.B of the Standard Provisions is hereby deleted in its entirety.

As of the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall have received and approved original market study reports, dated within sixty (60) days prior to the Closing Date, addressed to the Purchaser, prepared by a qualified real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, such market studies to be otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser.
Market Studies. The parties agree that, in recognition of the commitment to maintain a rational and equitable compensation structure, external market surveys are necessary for comparisons. The parties agree that no less than every two (2) years after the most recent market survey, the employer will select and inform the Union/Management Committee of no more than seven (7) Classification Groups to benchmark wages and benefits against the external labor market. The Employer will complete the study within one year.
Market Studies. 6.1 Any Marketing Study shall be carried out by Almirall on the terms of Clause 4.4.
