MARKET DATA SUBSCRIPTIONS. The following terms apply to you to the extent you receive Market Data (as defined below) as part of your accounts with the Firm. Your receipt of Market Data is contingent upon your agreement to the below terms, and should you decline to accept these terms, your use of Market Data will be suspended. Market Data may be provided by a third-party service provider listed in Schedule B attached hereto (Data Providers). The list of Data Providers may be updated from time to time by Wealthsimple. With respect to this section 11 only, Data Providers are third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement and may enforce their rights set out in this section against you directly.

Your receipt of Real-Time Market Data is contingent upon your agreement to the below terms, and should you decline to accept these terms, your use of Real-Time Market Data will be suspended. Real-Time Market Data may be provided by a third-party service provider listed in Schedule C attached hereto ("Data Providers"). The list of Data Providers may be updated from time to time by Wealthsimple.
