Marine Projects Clause Samples
Marine Projects. 11.3.3.1 Marine Projects are defined as follows:-
a) All work which is deemed to be covered by the conditions of sub-clause 11.3.2, Outside Work. This includes Contract Towage, Emergency Towage, and Free-running Voyages of Company owned vessels between Tasmania and Portland, or between Tasmanian Ports and other Victorian Ports;
b) Work which is performed outside the limits of the port in which the Company tugs operate and to which sub-clause a) does not apply. Payment, if applicable, will be the hourly rate prescribed in the port schedule from which the employee is employed, (eg King Island and Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇);
c) Subject to the Schedules, work involving continuous shifts, and or non-commercial towage, for example Aircraft Carriers in Hobart or fish farms work, where such work is performed outside of ordinary hours. Payment will be the hourly rate prescribed in the port schedule from which the employee is employed;
d) Any projects which are outside the scope of this clause will be the subject of a separate agreement between the parties.

iii) Any projects which are outside the scope of this clause will be the subject of a separate agreement between the parties.
