Common use of Margin Trading Clause in Contracts

Margin Trading. for CFD trading shall mean Leveraged trading when the Client may make Transactions having less funds on the Client Account in comparison with the Transaction Size; i.e. the practise where the Client makes a cash down payment (Margin) with the Company and maintains an amount of money according to Margin Level, giving the Client the right to place Orders in Foreign Exchange worth more than the Margin.
