Margin Stocks Sample Clauses
The 'Margin Stocks' clause defines which securities or assets are considered margin stocks for the purposes of a financial agreement, typically in the context of margin lending or secured transactions. It specifies the types of stocks or financial instruments that can be used as collateral, often referencing regulatory definitions or listing specific categories such as stocks listed on major exchanges. By clearly identifying eligible margin stocks, this clause ensures compliance with lending regulations and helps both parties understand which assets can be pledged, thereby reducing ambiguity and managing risk in the transaction.
