Common use of Margin Determination Certificate Clause in Contracts

Margin Determination Certificate. for each Fiscal Quarter as part of (and together with) the Compliance Certificate delivered pursuant to subdivision (iv) for such Fiscal Quarter, a Margin Determination Certificate demonstrating in reasonable detail the calculation of the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio for the four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on the day of the accounting period covered by such financial statements;

Margin Determination Certificate. for together with each Fiscal Quarter as part delivery of (and together with) the Compliance Certificate delivered financial statements pursuant to subdivision subdivisions (ivi) for such Fiscal Quarterand (ii) above, a Margin Determination Certificate demonstrating in reasonable detail the calculation of the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio for the four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on the day of the accounting period covered by such financial statements;; and
