Common use of MANUSCRIPTS Clause in Contracts

MANUSCRIPTS. Manuscripts for publication submitted after the date of appointment of Faculty Member will identify the association with the Department and UNMC.   As a condition of initial and continued employment, Faculty Member will immediately apply for, obtain and maintain, at all times during the term of this Agreement appropriate immigration documentation supporting their faculty appointment.
