Manufacturing Strain Engineering Sample Clauses

Manufacturing Strain Engineering. If Hospira requests that Pfenex perform additional engineering of the Manufacturing Strain or to develop a modified Manufacturing Strain, in each case using the Pfenex Expression Technology and in order to manufacture Product hereunder to meet requirements of the market or to otherwise make Product competitive in the market with respect to changes that arise after the Effective Date, then the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions pursuant to which Pfenex would perform such additional engineering/development hereunder.
