Common use of Manufacturing Fee Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing Fee. 7.1 Manufacturing Fee. The fee to be paid to Manufacturer by Mikrocoze for the services of Manufacturer performing manufacturing on behalf of Mikrocoze as provided hereunder (the “Manufacturing Fee”) with respect to each Product.

At least once per quarter, Mikrocoze and Manufacturer will review and agree, in writing, to new Materials cost reimbursement and Manufacturing Fees for each Product. The new pricing shall constitute part of this Agreement.
