Common use of Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin Clause in Contracts

Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin. It is agreed that the manufacturer’s statement of origin (“MSO”) for the Apparatus covered by this Agreement shall remain in the possession of Atlantic until the entire Purchase Price has been paid. If more than one Apparatus is covered by this Agreement, then the MSO for each individual Apparatus shall remain in the possession of Atlantic until the Purchase Price for that Apparatus has been paid in full.
