A Mandated Procedure clause sets out specific steps or processes that parties are required to follow in certain situations under an agreement. Mandated procedure. Any dispute (other than disputes under clause 31) that arises between any two or more parties under one or more Project Documents (such parties being, in relation to the dispute, the “Disputing Parties”), must be resolved in accordance with this clause 28.
