Managing Underperformance. 32.1 Managing Underperformance procedures do not apply to an employee during a probationary period or to a temporary employee who has not been employed by IBA for more than 12 months. Further details on managing underperformance can be found in the IBA Managing Underperformance procedures. 32.2 The Managing Underperformance procedures will be applied where an employee is not performing at the standard expected of their level. This includes employees who are, or are likely to be, assessed under the performance management system as RD (where the rating is also due to declining performance) or FM. 32.3 Nothing in the Managing Underperformance procedures limits the power of the Chief Executive Officer under ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 5 to transfer the employee to another position.
