Common use of Managers’ Right to Sub-Contract Clause in Contracts

Managers’ Right to Sub-Contract. The Managers shall have the right to sub-contract any of their obligations hereunder and may (i) freely assign any obligations hereunder to any affiliate of the Managers at any time and (ii) utilize the services of third parties to fulfill the Managers’ obligations hereunder. In the event of such a sub-contract the Managers shall remain fully liable for the due performance of their obligations under this Agreement.
