Manager’s Right to Commit. Manager shall have the unrestricted right to commit to up to seventy-five (75) rooms within the Hotel on any given date to the Hotel’s commercial guests. In addition, Manager shall have the right to commit to a block of any number of rooms within the Hotel, so long as following such commitment Manager will be able to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
