Manager’s Personnel; Independent Contractor. (a) Manager shall have in its employ at all times a sufficient number of capable employees to enable it to properly, adequately, safely and economically manage, operate, maintain and account for the Property and otherwise perform its obligations hereunder in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Approved Annual Business Plan.
