Manager Responsibility. Managers have a responsibility to ensure that employees are not continuing to build excessive flex-time credits without the opportunity to access flex leave. It is important that managers and employees recognise and accept their mutual responsibility to integrate the management of working hours and leave planning, including flexitime and flex leave, into the overall approach to work planning • Where, in the management of flex-time, management becomes aware of irregularities in attendance and/or recording, the employee will be advised and given an opportunity to explain in sufficient time to attempt to resolve the non-compliance prior to a decision being made. The employee may seek the assistance of a staff representative of their choice. • Employees who are found not to have discharged their responsibility will be excluded from the flex-time system and will work standard hours with agreed start and finish times, for a specified period.
Manager Responsibility. Each Manager shall devote such time to the business and affairs of the LLC as is reasonably necessary for the performance of the Manager's duties, but shall not be required to devote full time to the performance of such duties and may delegate its responsibilities as provided in Section 3.03.
