Common use of Manager Reports Clause in Contracts

Manager Reports. Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent, within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt thereof by Borrower, a copy of all reports prepared by or on behalf of Manager, including, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 9(a) and 9(d) of the Management Agreement (including, without limitation, the annual Budget and profit-loss statements and any inspection reports).

Manager Reports. Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent, within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt thereof by Borrower, a copy of reports prepared by or on behalf of Manager listed on Schedule V. In addition, upon Administrative Agent’s request, Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent, within ten (10) Business Days of Administrative Agent’s request, all other reports prepared by or on behalf of Manager, including, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 9(a) and 9(d) of the Management Agreement (including, without limitation, the annual Budget and profit-loss statements and any inspection reports).

In addition, upon Lender's request, Borrower shall deliver to Lender, within ten (10) Business Days of Lender's request all other reports prepared by or on behalf of Manager. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, includingduring a Cash Sweep Period, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 9(a) and 9(d) Borrower shall deliver a copy of the Management Agreement (including, without limitation, Proposed Annual Plan to Administrative Agent within 3 Business Days of receipt of the annual Budget and profit-loss statements and any inspection reports)same from Manager or on behalf of Manager.

In addition, upon Lender’s request, Borrower shall deliver to Lender, within ten (10) Business Days of Lender’s request all other reports prepared by or on behalf of Manager.
