Common use of Manager Report Clause in Contracts

Manager Report. As soon as available and in any event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, Manager shall submit to Owner Agent and the Administrative Agent copies of all reports filed by Manager or any Affiliate with the Securities and Exchange Commission, any communications or information provided by Manager to its shareholders, and the monthly financial statements of Kinergy Marketing LLC as provided to its working capital lenders. Each report shall be certified as complete and correct by an Authorized Officer of Manager.
