Manager Election. The Directors shall elect the Managers at the annual meeting of the Board. The initial Chief Financial Officer shall be L▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The initial Chief Manager shall be W▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The initial Secretary shall be G▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇, Ph.D.

Manager Election. The Manager shall be elected by the Members at an annual meeting for such purpose. The initial Manager shall be InCrowd Capital, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.
