Common use of Management Unit Clause in Contracts

Management Unit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, the Management Unit shall report, through the Chief Executive Officer or other officer as designated in the Governing Documents, directly to the Governing Council, and shall have the composition, roles and responsibilities described below and set forth more particularly in the Governing Documents.
