MANAGEMENT-UNION COMMITTEE. Section 1. Periodic Discussions The City and the Union agree to meet periodically to discuss matters of mutual concern. This Committee shall be known as the Management-Union Committee on Employee Relations. Section 2. Membership Makeup Members of the Management-Union Committee from each unit, whose number shall not exceed five (5), shall suffer no loss in pay by reason of attendance at such meetings. It is understood that the Committee shall have no power to negotiate wages, hours, or other conditions of employment or to alter or amend this Agreement in any respect.
