MANAGEMENT-UNION COMMITTEE. 8.01 The company and the Union recognize that co-operation between the Company and the employees is indispensable to the accomplishment of the public purposes for which the Chalk River Laboratories have been established. 8.02 In accordance with the declaration The Joint Consultation Committee shall consist of three (3) representatives of the Union and representatives of the Company appointed at its discretion. A meeting will normally be held quarterly or when required by mutual agreement. The Company and the Union will agree to the agenda to be discussed based on the intent of the Article 10.02, one week prior to the scheduled meeting. Minutes of all meetings will be kept.
