Common use of Management Report Clause in Contracts

Management Report. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, for delivery to the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the Companies’ systems, operations, financial condition or properties.

Management Report. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, for delivery to the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections subsection (a) and (b) above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the Companies’ systems, operations, financial condition or properties.

Management Report. The Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, for delivery to Agent and the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above, a copy of the summary report or summary letter prepared with respect to any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the Companies’ systems, operations, financial condition or properties.

Management Report. The Administrative Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, for delivery to Agent and the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in subsections (a) and subsection (b) above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the Companies’ systems, operations, financial condition or properties.

Management Report.
