Common use of Management Group Clause in Contracts

Management Group. (a) The Board must appoint a Management Group of the Administrative Body comprising a chief executive officer, one or more members of the Board and such other persons as the Board considers appropriate. (b) The function of the Management Group is to: (i) exercise the powers delegated to it under clause 21.6(c); (ii) arrange for the Administrative Body to employ or contract relevant staff and consultants; and (iii) oversee and take responsibility for the administration and staff of the Administrative Body.
